Deadline for Early Registration and Paper Upload: 15 Oct 2010

Notification and Review Results were supposed to be released on 15 Sept 2010. We apologize for not being able to meet this deadline. Many reviews have been coming late. The first notifications were sent a week later and we are progressively sending notifications as soon as reviews are completed. All the remaining notifications will be sent by 3 October 2010.

Deadline for Paper Submission Extended to 31 July 2010

AISM is a biannual conference with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd one held in China in 2004, Hong Kong in 2006, and Japan in 2008. Mechatronics is an ever-widening field involving actuators/sensors, electronics/mechanics, computing, controls, system design/integration, and beyond. The aim of the symposium is to promote the research, development and application in this field by bringing together researchers and practitioners in this multidisciplinary field to stimulate new ideas, to share knowledge in practical problems and solutions, as well as to facilitate cooperation for the future.

The scope of the Symposium includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Modeling and Design
  • Instrumentation, Measurement and Control
  • Mechatronics in Manufacturing and Automation
  • Micro-and Nano-Mechatronics
  • Medical Mechatronics
  • Different Applications

Conference Proceedings: Papers Indexed in Databases

All the papers published will be indexed at Crossref with doi assigned by default.  Apart from this the publication will be submitted to all the major subject specific indexers for possible inclusion which includes, Elseviers' Scopus, Engineering Village EI, Compdex and ISI Thomson's Web of Science.

Special Issue on : International Journal on Automation Technology

A special issue on the mechatronics will appear in the International Journal of Automation Technology, Vol 5, No. 5 (5 September 2011).
