Extended abstract should be submitted by Feb 10
2004. Review will be based on the
extended abstracts. The extended abstract should be no more than 3 pages long, in PDF
format according to the following outline with the maximum number of pages
for each section as indicated:
Motivation,
Problem Statement, Related Work (1/2 page)
Technical
Approach (1/2 page)
Results (1/2
page)
Experiments (1/2
page)
Experimental
Snapshots (1/2 page)

page)
